Beautiful outdoor seating area, Live music entertainment, Accessibility features available

The noise from the pub and main road was quite disruptive at night!!! Room sizes felt cramped, and the dated decor definitely needs an update to improve the overall aesthetic!!! Please address the plumbing issues too!!!

Noise level from the bar below was annoying at night, especially with karaoke until late. Room felt cramped with a small double bed, and the walk to the town center took about 30 minutes. No breakfast included, which I expected given the standard of the dining options. Ventilation was lacking, and the room had some signs of wear that could use attention, like rust on the bath plug.

    scrumptious fish and chips
    top-notch staff
    drool-worthy eats
    dated decor
    uninspiring entrance

The nearby Garlinge Village Fish & Chips was a proper gem, dishin’ out the best battered bites that left us wanting more! The Walmer Castle Greek Taverna had scrumptious offerings that left me drooling. Plus, the staff here were really top-notch, truly enhancing the experience.

Now, here’s the cheeky bit, while the rooms weren't bad, they could feel a tad dated, and there was this old car outside with flat tyres which made the entrance look rough. Just a minor hiccup in an otherwise enjoyable stay!

    spacious family room
    delicious breakfast
    loud bar noise

We had a blast during our stay, especially enjoying the spacious family room that felt like a suite and the tasty breakfast with perfectly cooked eggs. Although the hotel might get a bit lively at night, they had a cozy beer garden and a lovely outdoor patio to unwind. Just keep in mind, the noise from the bar can be a little much, but it didn’t take away from our fun! 😊

    comfy room
    friendly staff
    good location
    noisy at night
    limited tv channels

the room was super comfy with a big bed and really nice bathroom. the host was really friendly and helped us with everything we needed. also, loved how easy it was to get into our room after hours! plus, the location is chill, just a 20 min walk to the town center but away from the noize.

the only downside was that it can get noisy at night since its above a pub, so if ur looking for early nights that's a bit tricky. also, the tv in the room could use more channels.

    good menu

A great spot for groups like us!

The staff went above and beyond, even offered us plates and napkins for our takeaway since the kitchen was closed. The pub's menu looked solid despite the kitchen shortage-solid vibes all around.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but that's the price for quality, I suppose.

We stayed here for 1 night while catching a gig nearby. The staff were super friendly and helped us out a lot. Plus, we had a late lunch in the bar, which was nice. Just wish the room was a bit cleaner. the carpet could use some TLC. def worth it for the location and vibe!
